The technique of an endoscopic laser influence on a stomach wall and combined endoscopic plasty in experiment are worked out. Possibilities of a radiological visualisation and terms of gold nanoparticles accumulation are defined. n modeling of the liver fоcаl lesion it is proved the possibility of the noninvasive percutaneous liver puncture under the control of ultrasonic examination with the subsequent introduction of nanoparticles in the cyst cavity and carrying out of photothermolysis.
